Who We Are
Women’s Institute for Skills and Entrepreneurship
WISE is a vibrant and forward-thinking association based in Austria. Our name represents the wisdom, strength, and resourcefulness inherent in women, qualities that have often gone unrecognized or underutilized throughout history. Like the owl in our logo, symbolizing knowledge and guidance, we are dedicated to helping women unlock their full potential by providing the support and resources they need to thrive in today’s world.
What began as informal gatherings and support networks has blossomed into a structured and impactful initiative, bringing together women from diverse backgrounds. As a formal association, WISE offers a platform for women to connect, learn, and grow, offering mentorship, educational programs, and resources tailored to help them achieve their goals.
The founders of WISE, Ema and Ena, share a deep commitment to advancing women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship. Their shared vision, reflected in the striking similarity of their names, represents their mutual dedication to creating opportunities for women across borders. With years of experience and expertise, Ema and Ena are passionate about fostering an environment where women are not only encouraged to pursue their dreams but are also equipped with the tools, skills, and networks necessary for success. Through WISE, they continue to create lasting, positive change, one woman at a time.
